Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be completed automatically. However, you may contact us to request cancellation, and we will review your request. If approved, your order will be canceled accordingly.

Refund Policy

• Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it and inform you of the status as soon as possible.
• If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Note: If you receive a plant in poor condition, the amount will not be refunded. However, we will evaluate the situation, and if eligible, we may resend the plant to you at no additional cost.

Return & Replacement Policy

• You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return a product.
• To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• If the item you received is damaged or defective, please send us a photo of the product immediately via WhatsApp at 8017442522. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement plant within 10 days after receiving the return.
